Why can’t I see my contacts?

To see your contacts you must ensure your contacts are sync with our mobile app. If you haven’t done so, download our app from the app store. Login with your account details, enables permissions so that our app has access to your contact list, then it will begin syncing. You can check your contacts by tapping on the People button from the bottom menu. Then go back to the web app, refresh the page and you should be able to search for a contact.
